on the 26 May 2012 my man Levi asked me to marry him!!
i am so so so happy
i love Levi like the crazy west coast weather
wanna know who he did it
well...long story from my point of view
we went to over to Hanmer springs for a good mates 21st birthday
we have been to Hanmer together a few times
normally in winter
we drove across the bridge everyone jumps off (BUNGY jump not that other jump)
Levi says 'hey should we go for a walk on the bridge for old time sake'
(that's another story)
im not that keen as i forgot my camera and i feel car sick
Levi says again 'come on baaaaabe'
again i say maybe we could come back later
Levi's reply 'nar i need to stretch my legs anyway a walk will be fun'
fine fair enough i think
(small random out of left corner of brain thought rushes though my mind, maybe he wants to be romantic and purpose or something.....NAR kirsty don't get ya hopes up just get out of the car and stop being lazy he would do it for you if you had your camera)...though quickly leaves my brain as fast as it rushed in.
Walking on to the bridge 4min later brought back memories of two and a half years ago when me and Levi were just mates
Levi climbs over the railing to the bungy jumping area
'come over here babe'

so over the railing i went to be with my man
'so babe i rang your dad last night......'
oh my gosh he totally did there is no joke on that face right now
'guess what i asked him......'
TO MARRY ME????
'YES...so what do ya think??....will you?'

he pulls out this ring made from tie wire which looks like it could stab someone
'i made this for you'
anyway i think that's how it happened close enough
we kept it on the down low for 24hrs it was really nice to just embrace the next step in our relationship
we also made the ring a little more user friendly for me to wear
any ways hes the man :)!!
