Over here and over there:

The weather has done the inevitable, turned everything red, orange and brown.
If there was a tree per capita then I reckon Germany must have a hundred times more deciduous trees then New Zealand.
I have made autumn my new fave season. Summer will always be a close second.
Levi is loving the fresh cold, where for me the cold is like... Like a constant unwanted fly who just sticks around you until you buy two new coats in the Czech Republic- then the cold is kept at arms length until the coat or scaff are removed.
Walking in the morning was a joy being souronded by so much Autumn.
Looking up when amongst trees watching the vibrant mix of colours all combine, leaves fall on the ground around you, the sound of a thousand people clapping high above you. I love it.
Leaves seem to turn everything brown. Even if you have no trees in your yard, you'll still get leaves all over your lawn. When a large gust comes flying by small and large brown leaves join the wind.
I watched a single leaf fly and circle like a trapeze artist, it continued to float when cars drove past bringing with them winds all different directions.
I'm sure the life of a leaf becomes instantly more exciting once it is detached from its tree. Like a big 'OE' they move and don't stop moving until the rain makes them to heavy or a pile the size of a small child collects them..

Anyway it has been fabulous the last week, just relaxing at Tanjas Dads place back in Paderborn.
I can't believe how often I slept past nine AM crazy for me (Kirsty).
It is always a feeling of time flying by until I look at the million photos I have taken at such amazing places.
We will go back to a handful of country's and places just not yet- of course there is so much more to see.

following are some of the faves from our four weeks in southern Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and back to Germany.
